Service Description

As part of the implementation strategy, Sara will define and track meaningful AI impact metrics. Deliverables include regular strategy check-ins, change communications support (stakeholder messaging, adoption milestones, feedback loops, and reinforcement strategies), evolving use case prioritization, AI playbooks and reference materials, and governance recommendations, and executive-ready reporting that clearly articulates how AI is being used, the value it delivers, and where additional opportunity exists.
