She draws on leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, Hitachi Vantara, IHS Markit (now S&P), and CH2M (now Jacobs), where she’s driven major technology adoptions, restructured internal communications during high-stakes transitions, and built crisis preparedness frameworks that held under pressure.
